Phosphate-Copper Filler Metal is made by adding phosphate to copper. It has a lower melting point than pure copper and a self fluxing effect, which can facilitate the brazing process and enhance its dispersing capacity. Besides, this filler metal has good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, and Ag and Sn may also be added to increase its flexibility. It is widely used in heat exchanger.
